Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Marsh Master Classic, LLC & Marsh Master Roundup, Inc (501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization). Volunteers play a critical role in making this event possible. Please complete the application below. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer.

We appreciate everyone who wants to be part of this event. While many volunteers may have previous experience with Gator Fest or other festivals, Marsh Master Roundup is a new organization with its own operations, procedures, and volunteer structure. Volunteer assignments may differ from previous roles based on the needs of the event.

To help keep resources focused on creating a successful event for our community, volunteers will be responsible for purchasing their volunteer shirt at the end of this form. Volunteer shirts serve as both event identification and volunteer credentials during the event. The price for the shirt is $10, which will be refunded in the case that you are not selected as a volunteer for this edition. If you are selected as a volunteer, but decline the opportunity at any point, the $10 fee is non-refundable.

Important: Each volunteer must have a unique email address and phone number. Duplicate contact information cannot be accepted, even if you are registering family members. Parents registering multiple children must provide a different email address and phone number for each child. Applications with shared contact information may be delayed, rejected, or require resubmission.

I understand that volunteer assignments will be based on event needs and may not match my preferred area of interest. I understand that my assigned volunteer position, schedule, and responsibilities are determined by event management based on operational needs. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating as a volunteer at Marsh Master Classic, LLC & Marsh Master Roundup, Inc (501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization). I agree to follow all event rules, policies, safety procedures, and instructions provided by event staff, committee members, security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency personnel. I understand that volunteer assignments may be modified, reassigned, or terminated at the discretion of event management. I release and hold harmless Marsh Master Roundup, Inc, its officers, directors, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, partners, landowners, contractors, vendors, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation as a volunteer, except where prohibited by law. I grant permission for Marsh Master Classic, LLC & Marsh Master Roundup, Inc (501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization) to use photographs, video, audio recordings, and other media containing my likeness for promotional, marketing, archival, and educational purposes without compensation. I understand that volunteer positions are offered at the discretion of event management and may be revoked for violations of event policies, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, disruptive behavior, harassment, intoxication, failure to perform assigned duties, or conduct deemed detrimental to the event.
