In-Kind Sponsorship Opportunities

Do you offer a service or product that can help make the event a success? We welcome partnerships that offset our operational costs (e.g., event fencing, staging equipment, tech/software platforms, printing, or catering/hospitality services).

How It Works: In-kind sponsorships are valued at the fair market retail price of the goods or services provided. Based on that verified valuation, your business will receive the exact same marketing, signage, and ticket perks as our cash tiers.

All In-Kind partnerships must be approved in advance by the event committee to ensure they align with our current operational needs.
